Answer:
Total of last 5 2019 rounds, divided by the number of rounds, 72 subtracted and then multiplied by 90%. 2019 handicaps are calculated as the last 5 rounds you played in 2019. Using last years handicap for your first 3 weeks of golf. After 3 rounds your handicap will recalculate each week using the 5 or less scores.
